Long-or short term custodial and nursing care to clients in their place of residence.

How do I get started?

Answer: Three hours within a twenty-four hour period due to gas prices.

Do I sign a long-term contract?
You may start and stop services anytime. We request a 48 hour notice.

How much do the services cost?
There are a couple of factors that determine the cost: 1. We offer two levels of care, Companion and Personal Care. 2. The county where the client resides. 3. Number of hours the client needs and the family agrees to pay. 4. Any special requests or special needs of the client. These factors are discussed when you call us. At that time, we can share with you the hourly or weekly cost.

Constant and personal communication with family from the company owners.

Do you screen your employees?
A thorough criminal and DMV background check is conducted on all employees. We do not hire persons with a criminal history.

How can I be sure about Quality Assurance?
Each caregiver at the beginning of each shift will call our HR line to indicate their presence at the client's home. If our office does not receive this call, then our staffing coordinator will follow-up with the client. Every 60- 90 days, our clinical manager visits each client in their home to observe and assess if services are delivered appropriately.

What if I am not happy with the service?
Our manager will chose another caregiver if the client and first caregiver are not a good match.

Will the same caregiver come each day? YES
