We understand the uneasiness of having strangers serving in a client's home.  We operate with a high ethical code and we expect our staff to honor those same standards.   Because as a family owned business,  we have a vested interest in going the extra step to find reliable caregivers to place in our client's home.  We have placed our "Employee Agreement To Standards"  document for our client's review to offer assurance to a client's uneasiness.
