Data Gathering and Use
We use your IP address and other automatically retrieved information (such as the browser used) to help develop and administer our Web site. Such data contains no personally identifiable information. Certain such data (such as, so called, "clickpaths" for individual IP's or conglomerate statistical data related to page popularity or similar generalizations) is visible to our staff. Summary statistics, such as total number of visitors and/or page accesses, may be available on publicly accessible pages; however, such data is always presented as conglomerate statistical data and contains no personally identifiable information.
Our sites may provide forms which allow our visitors to send us email. Data entered into such forms is sent to us in email form only and we do not retain such data online in any form.
Security
Our site has certain security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our Online server is protected from unauthorized electronic access by firewall technology which recognizes, reports and locks out unusual or apparently un-authorized access attempts.
Backup storage media and online server are maintained in a physically secured and environmentally controlled facility with monitored physical access controlled by various password, biometric and/or other physical security measures.
Access to specific client and visitor information (including backup media) by staff and contractors is controlled by both policy and electronic means. Only authorized staff have access to client data. Individual staff members may be allowed to access only certain parts of client information as may be required to perform their job functions. All staff or contractors with any access to client data are under signed agreement not to misuse or disclose such information to any third party except as may be required by law or job function.
