Use of Technology to offer better Quality

Our Agency has incorporated the use of high technology for the purpose of precise monitoring our employees while they serve in our clients' homes.  The employee is required to use the client's phone to register checkin through our company software by use of a confidential ID number.  This electronic date/time stamp indicates the employee is present in the client's home.  Likewise, when the employee completes their shift, the employee by use of the client's phone indicates the shift is complete and the employee is departing from the client's home.

This electronic time clock system has given our agency closer monitoring of our employees and it has offered to adult children who are distant from their loved one the assurance that the caregiver is and remains present at the client's home.

The use of this telephonic - computer software system also has offered more accurate billing/invoicing to our clients.  Each call is recorded into the software which displays the accuracy of calls completed and the ability to fix any open calls.   Instantly, a report can be generated to complete the payroll and billing cycles.
