Fees, Cost, and Insurance

Fees / Insurance Coverage

a. The discussion of FEES can be a sensitive topic.   Please remember in this Industry:  "You get what you pay for!"
Fees are structured in two formats:  hourly cost or cost per project.

Fees consist of:

1.   Use of an Employee computerized check-in and check-out system that send out email and phone alerts to the scheduler to inform Caregiver No-Call,

2.   The presence of a Scheduler to assure a substitute caregiver when the primary caregiver is absent,

3.   Liability Protection.  We offer the client/family protection with workers compensation in force so the family is not sued when an employee is hurt, liability insurance to offer medical attention and monetary compensation for falls and injuries to the client,   and a BOND Surety to compensate for a loss due to theft,

4.   Handling employee payroll distribution and taxes,

5.   The presence of a Company Owner to address employee discipline, mediation, and give careful attention to a client's distress or serious concern,

6.   A better quality of worker specifically related to our Agency's fee structure,

7.   and the convenience of a POOL of Caregivers to choose from that have been recruited; criminal and job background checks have been completed; trained and given orientation to their duties.

b. Cost for Service is based on FOUR things:
